To be perfectly honest I did not contribute much, most has been done by the support team at Goliath and I did a small part on the NetScaler and Adaptive Transport protocols pieces on the guide.
For many this can be an handy guide to understanding many of the bits and pieces which are involved in a ICA session. Also understanding some of the different transport modes and display protocols which are combined to deliver a unique end-user experience.
